Service Description
Menu Burrata Cream stuffed fresh mozzarella cheese, served with marinated heirloom tomatoes and basil gelatin. Papa a la Huancaina Tender baby potatoes covered with a creamy sauce made with saltine crackers, Peruvian yellow peppers, and fresh cheese. Ceviche Fresh white fish marinated in tiger’s milk, served with candied sweet potatoes. *Tiger's milk: Lime juice, onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, fish stock, fresh fish, and hot peppers, all blend together then strained. Veal Milanese Veal medallions, lightly breaded in panko bread crumbs, pan-fried, and served with tri-color salad. Arroz con Mariscos Peruvian-style seafood fried rice with shrimp, mussels, calamari, and vegetables. Chef Marcos will travel to any location in Richmond & beyond, and will take care of everything from grocery shopping, preparing, serving, and cleaning. He is equipped with his own tools and gadgets. About Chef Marcos is a food lover with years of experience in the culinary world, ready to share his knowledge of food and table service with you. His goal is to help people enjoy the “real food”. He has been working as a chef for more than twenty years in different restaurants in Miami, New York, Istanbul, and Mykonos. Chef Marcos is skilled in a variety of cuisines, including Peruvian,Cuban, Greek, Turkish, Italian, Argentinian, Japanese, Spanish, and American cuisines. Cancelation Policy
Guests can cancel reservations 7 days before the Experiences with a full refund minus 5% third-party transaction fee; 5 days before the Experiences with a 70% refund; and 2 days before the Experiences with a 50% refund. If the experience is scheduled to take place within forty-eight hours, the Guests will not be entitled to a refund. Please contact hello@foodiepath.com to process refund if your experience will take place within 7 days. *Some hosts have their own cancellation policy, please see the experience description section for each experience.
